Real estate firm Century Properties Group will be opening its first shopping center in Makati City this Monday, the latest retail project to open in the business district for nearly a decade.
Costing P1 billion to build, Century City Mall is built adjacent to the Gramercy Residences and the Knightsbridge Residences to serve its residents, in addition to high-end villages and offices around Makati.
The mall spans 17,000 squares and is currently leased out to more than 100 tenants. Brands that will call the shopping center home includes Rustan’s Supermarket, fashion stores Desigual, Fresh/H20, Beauty Bar, Hush Puppies, Philip Stein, Swarovski and Victorinox and food and dining spaces Azurro Bistro and Restaurant, Early Bird Breakfast Club, Pepper Lunch, Starbucks Coffee, TWG Tea, Mochi Sweets and popular US burger joint CaliBurger.
Century City Mall can be accessed along Kalayaan Avenue and General Luna Street coming from Makati Avenue.
With its exciting mix of tenants, Century City Mall is a good addition to the current roster of retail experiences in Makati City. We will work to continuously improve the shopping experience in our mall, and we look forward to opening more shops in the coming weeks,” Century Properties co-chief operating officer Marco Antonio said in a statement.
