CEL picks The Fat OracleCEL Development appointed recently set up brand and marketing agency The Fat Oracle's (TFO) to produce a campaign for its latest building, 100 Pasir Panjang. The agency was tasked to create a logo that mirrors the building's design and print ads that would reflect the developers intention behind the architecture. TFO is led by Mike Liew, former managing partner of The Alchemy Partnership.Royce creates a chocolate sensationChocolatier Royce is currently running a campaign targeting commuters and shoppers in Orchard Station and SMRT trains. Combining both OOH and digital executions, the campaign presents a selection of Royce chocolates in life-sized catalogues and engages commuters with a photo contest on iViewSMRT and Projection Screen @ Orchard. The brand has partnered PayPal and SMRT to set up a virtual store at Orchard Station featuring the convenient scan-and-buy system for selected products. The campaign is set to run until February.World Gourmet Summit  dines with FulfordWorld Gourmet Summit (WGS) has appointed Fulford PR to manage all local and international media relations and activities over the two-week event. This will see masterchefs, celebrity chefs and special guest chefs delivering culinary experiences in this year's dining theme of Artisan & The Art of Dining. The agency will also manage all media relations for the upcoming Awards Of Excellence, to be held in late March, as part of the World Gourmet Series. Now in its 17th year, WGS is organised by À La Carte Productions (a subsidiary of Peter Knipp Holdings), presented by Citibank and supported by the Singapore Tourism Board.
