Cathay Pacific announced three new directorial positions appointment following the latest management manoeuvres. Julian Lyden is appointed as its new general manager of marketing, loyalty programmes & CRM.
Lyden’s previous role was to oversee revenue for North America, Southeast Asia and India. She Lyden takes over from Simon Large who will shift to Cathay’s cargo unit as director.
Tom Owen, senior vice president of Americas, returns to Hong Kong as director of people, replacing Nick Rhodes. Nick will become staff director of John Swire & Sons, Hong Kong.
Paul Loo, now working as general manager of China, will come back to Hong Kong as director of corporate development.
CEO Ivan Chu said the three new appointees will “add strength and depth” to the management.
