CastingAsia platform releases CPA and CPC models to boost influencer marketing efforts

Influencer marketing technology solutions provider CastingAsia has released two new capabilities on its platform to strengthen the influencer marketing efforts of its clients. The launch of cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and cost-per-click (CPC) tools will enable users to activate, manage, track, and pay out CPA and CPC modelled influencer marketing campaigns. This is in addition to or alongside other existing influencer marketing campaign models, such as costing by posts, likes, views, shares, comments, or follower numbers.“Influencer marketing has always been seen as an upper-funnel marketing tactic. With the right data, influencer supply, campaign measurement, and payment metrics, influencer marketing can be effectively used to drive audience behaviour and action - from conversations to conversions," said Kosuke Sogo, CEO and co-founder of AnyMind Group, parent company of CastingAsia. The CPC model means that a marketer will only be charged when a user clicks on a link from an influencer’s post and lands on the website or landing page; while the CPA model means a marketer will be charged based on the number of users that complete a pre-set conversion goal on a website or landing page, from an influencer’s post.Marketers can also set a maximum campaign budget to ensure full cost transparency into their influencer marketing activities. In 2019, CastingAsia has steadily strengthened its influencer marketing technology offerings. Following its March 2019 acquisition of Thai multi-channel network Moindy, CastingAsia launched the CastingAsia Creators Network, providing influencers and content creators across Asia with resources and support.
