Healy joins from Zenith, where he was global head of products and strategy, and previously held senior roles at Walker Media and Mediacom, working with global brands including L’Oreal, Essity, Sky and Shell. He brings experience from roles in both full service and media agencies, and has led both local market planning departments and a global strategy team, as well as leading research and analytics teams as part of an overall strategy offering. Healy will also join the global leadership team led by the new global president, Christine Removille, who was one of the founders of Accenture Interactive.“Carat operates within a digital and media-first group with the full range of capabilities needed to win in the digital economy, from consultancy to content.  It’s a unique position from which to help our clients redefine the way that consumer experiences build their brands," Healy said.Removille added that Healy will bring "huge value" to the team as it further transforms Carat around truly data-driven communication strategies and create an approach to the media sector that will transform the way the agency works."The digital economy is changing the mindset from ‘consumer marketing’ to ‘engaging people’ and successful marketers will be those that leverage consumer understanding with the right partners, to develop intelligent targeting, strategy, planning and activation.  As pioneers of the media industry, Carat will lead this charge," she added.
