Carat APAC CEO Jonathan Chadwick to return to Australia, explores roles within DAN

Dentsu Aegis Network has confirmed to Marketing that former CEO of Carat Asia Pacific, Jonathan Chadwick (pictured) is in discussions with the agency on his return to Australia for personal reasons. A Dentsu spokesperson told Marketing that the agency is working with Chadwick on opportunities within the network.Chadwick was recently named head of Dentsu's OneSG Media Group. In the interim, general manager of dentsu X, Phil Adrien will take leadership of OneSG Media Group, with newly appointed deputy chairman & chief growth officer of Dentsu Aegis Network APAC, Masaya Nakamura leading the Singapore business.This comes following news that Phil Teeman, CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network SEA is said to be exiting the company, according to sources close to Marketing. A spokesperson from Dentsu said at that time that the agency doesn’t comment on specifics and people. Teeman according to his LinkedIn, has been CEO of Southeast Asia for 11 months and relocated from China. Prior to his role as SEA CEO, he was in Shanghai holding the CEO title. He has been with the network for over four years. Teeman has also worked with the likes of Aegis and WPP.
