BULB Communique appoints creative group head

Strategic brand communications consultancy BULB Communique has appointed Victor Fernandez to the position of creative group head. Fernandez joins BULB from BBDO Singapore where he held the role of copywriter and was leading the creative output for FedEx and Visa.He has also previously worked in BBDO Malaysia, Rapp Collins and M&C Saatchi.Im Cheah, executive creative director of BULB said, “Fernandez’ strong background in both traditional and digital makes him the perfect addition to BULB. He is the kind of guy that can make any brainstorm session exciting. On top of his talent, he’s also a super nice guy who will help inspire everyone in the agency.”Fernandez  (pictured)added:“I believe we are all in this industry to do great work and I don't think you have to be overseas to do that. You can do great work from anywhere as long as you have the passion and the right people to work with.”BULB Communique CEO, Zain Amri added “We set some interesting challenges this year, including setting up our own media department and interior design department. However, acquiring top creative talents is always a priority. Fernandez is certainly an interesting addition to the pool of talents we already have.”
