British Airways appoints commercial lead for Malaysia

British Airways has appointed Vivian Tan-Loh (pictured) as commercial manager, Malaysia.Based in Kuala Lumpur, Tan-Loh will oversee the airline’s commercial activities and development in the country.Tan-Loh has worked at British Airways for over 30 years in various roles across customer service, reservations, training, sales and management. Prior to her recent appointment, Tan-Loh was general manager of British Airways’ general sales agent office in Malaysia.Robert Williams, British Airways regional general manager, South East Asia, said: “Vivian brings with her a wealth of experience in the airline industry and has a strong record in fostering relationships with customers and partners in Malaysia.I am confident that she will provide us with strong leadership and be an excellent ambassador for the airline.”Tan-Loh said, “This is an exciting time for British Airways. Our local office is already set-up and we are gearing up to the launch of flights in May. I look forward to working closely with our teams and valued partners in Malaysia.”
