Bloomberg Names Asia MD

Singapore - Bloomberg Businessweek has appointed a new head for its Asia operations.Lucy Hemming (pictured) has been appointed managing director for Bloomberg Businessweek in Asia, moving on from her role as regional director for Southeast Asia.Based in Singapore, Hemming will assume her new role with immediate effect. She will report to publisher Hugh WileyHemming has been part of the Bloomberg Businessweek team since February 2009, driving advertising revenue growth in the Southeast Asia markets and developing stakeholder relationships locally.Prior to her stint at Bloomberg, she has also held media sales experience across digital, magazines and newspapers, having worked at Vibrant Media, Financial Times, The Sun andNews of the World.
