Bianca Ma retires from Metro Broadcast after 22-year run

Bianca Ma, the respected boss of Metro Broadcast Corporation has announced her resignation, ending a 22-year run with the broadcast group.Ma has led the management team to face up to various challenges and turned Metro into the only commercial radio broadcaster in Hong Kong that provides AM, FM and DAB+ services, offering audience with high quality services in Hong Kong.She will officially step down from her position on 1 July 2016.“It is always my honor to work with my colleagues in the past 22 years, witnessing the growth of competitiveness of Metro Broadcast,” Ma said.Metro Broadcast Corporation Limited commenced broadcast on 1 July 1991, which currently operates six radio channels: Metro Finance (FM104), Metro Info (FM99.7), Metro Plus (AM 1044), Metro Finance Digital (DAB+11), Metro Music Digital (DAB+12) and Metro Life Digital (DAB+13). It is the only commercial radio broadcaster in Hong Kong that provides AM, FM and DAB+ services.
