MSLGROUP, the strategic communications and engagement consultancy of Publicis Groupe, has appointed Benjamin Koe as regional director of strategic insight and impact, based in Singapore. Koe’s appointment will enable the agency to enhance its capabilities in data and analytics, allowing its teams to provide clients with “greater insight to drive creative ideas and business impact.”
In his newly created role, Koe will also be responsible for establishing two Asia centers of excellence (CoEs), one in China and another in India, for insight creation in multiple languages in Asia to closely support client service. Prior to his current appointment, Koe was the CEO and co-founder of social media monitoring and analysis company JamiQ. In addition, he also brings more than 10 years of experience in social media listening, analytics, and strategic planning to the table.
