Bell Pottinger names new partner

PR firm Bell Pottinger has appointed a new partner, Adeline Goh. Goh joins the agency after eight years at Ketchum Singapore.She has more than 15 years of experience in the industry. Goh will play a leading role at Bell Pottinger’s corporate practice. At Ketchum, she advised clients across a diverse range of sectors, including engineering, energy, F&B, government, healthcare, professional and financial services, technology and tourism.She was previously head of corporate communications at the Institute of Bioengineering and Nanotechnology, Agency for Science and Technology and Research (A*STAR), and began her career as a journalist and editor at MediaCorp Press and Singapore Press Holdings.Ang Shih-Huei, Asia CEO said, “We welcome Adeline on board and believe she will be a strong addition to our fast-growing corporate practice in Singapore.”As part of its continued expansion and growth in Asia, the agency has made several senior appointments early this year, including the promotion of Mark Worthington to managing director of Bell Pottinger Singapore.In addition, the agency also appointed former editorial leader writer and columnist with The Times in London, Graham Stewart as managing director in Myanmar, and previous head of investor relations at Biosensors International, John Wong as the head of financial practice in Singapore.
