Indonesia’s J.CO Donuts and Coffee has tapped BBDO Guerrero to create a cinema campaign as part of expansion and promotional plans from the coffee shop chain.
Details are under wraps but Katrina Lim, VP of operations and marketing of Contemporain Foods, Inc., exclusive franchisee of J.CO in the Philippines, said that they “have big ambitions for J.CO here in the Philippines”
“We wanted an agency partner who had the kind of experience that would help us achieve them but also the sense of fun that underpins our brand,” she adds.
J.CO was launched in the Philippines in 2012 and has now expanded to 18 branches. Apart from freshly made and delicately designed donuts, they also offer unique flavors of Italian coffee blend and fat-free frozen yogurt.
“We immediately said yes to the opportunity of working with J.CO as it has already proved itself a huge hit with consumers – just look at the queues to buy there,” Tony Harris, chief executive of BBDO Guerrero, said.
