BBDO Greater China has appointed Aricio Fortes as Co-Chief Creative Officer of its Shanghai office. In his new role,Â Fortes will partner with the current Chief Creative Officer,Â Awoo Lai.
Fortes will report to Wai Foong Leong,Â BBDO Greater Chinaâ€™s Creative Chairman.Â Prior to his latest appointment,Â Fortes had worked for DM9DDB as its Chief Creative Officer, dealing with various clients, includingÂ McDonaldâ€™s, Walmart, Johnson & Johnson, and Coca Cola. Fortes has also worked for Ogilvy Brasil, Africa and Pereira O’Dell as a creative leader before his stint at DM9DDB.

Speaking ofÂ Fortes’ appointment,Â Leong said he was impressed by Fortes’ track record and thrilled to have him on board.
