Arthur Sung joins Carat in a lead role

Carat has appointed Arthur Sung (pictured) as CEO of Carat Singapore. He officially started his new role today on 7 December.

In this role, he is tasked to  lead the operations of Carat’s business in Singapore covering the local market only.

Sung will report to Rosalynn Tay, CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network Singapore.

He has extensive agency experience, primarily in the media sector. Sung joined Carat from Kingsmen Creatives where he served as director of experiential marketing for over a year.

Prior to that, Sung was promoted to managing director at Starcom MediaVest Group in 2012 from his general manager role in which he served for five years. Before that, Sung was executive director at Mindshare. In 2004 he was appointed general manager of Universal McCann.
