Arena appointed as LBC’s creative AOR

Marketing got word that local courier company LBC Express has recently expanded the role of Arena, Havas Media Ortega’s (HVMO) second agency brand, from digital AOR to creative AOR.

Arena hit the ground running with a new TVC campaign now aired on national TV featuring LBC’s overhauled brand image. An official announcement about the appointment and the campaign is scheduled to be released in the next few days.

Marketing confirmed with Jos Ortega, chairman and CEO of HVMO, that duties for the rebrand were handled separately by Tangible Singapore. The agency is also behind the rebrand of Insular Life and UCPB.

Arena has already racked up a raft of new business within just months of its initial launch earlier this year. In addition to LBC are Kakao Talk, Krispy Kreme, LG, Phoenix Petroleum, Coca-Cola FEMSA, Subaru, Ocean Adventure and JobsDB Singapore.

Mediaforce Vizeum has held onto the media account for LBC Express, following a competitive pitch held earlier this year.
