Forthmedia's digital grooms propose to random women

Women shoppers at the SM Megamall were getting wedding proposals from virtual grooms in an augmented reality promotional stunt by The Wedding Library.Men were also receiving kisses from beautiful brides with the AR exhibit, designed by Manila-based digital agency Forthmedia for an upcoming wedding expo organized by the wedding supplier firm.But rather than just superimposing images or video like we have seen with campaigns created by US-based Blippar, the AR campaign for The Wedding Library is quite interactive.Fortmedia explains that they used skeletal tracking and motion detection to trigger actions depending on how the user interacts with the AR models. The digital grooms can respond to user input with a kiss, a slice of cake, or even a wedding ring. (The AR brides can only give a kiss, unfortunately.)http://youtu.be/Y2GfzSNWLL4
