APD adds more clients to its roster

Digital services firm APD has had a busy few months, adding Amway, Chubb, Triumph and Roche to its client roster. APD also recently announced to the ASX that they’re embarking on a formal process to find a strategic partner to further accelerate their growth across the region and have already identified a couple of likely suitors.Newton Smith, the group CEO of APD said, “If the results of the process aren’t going to create a great leap forward, we certainly don’t need to take a leap into the unknown, we’ve worked way too hard to now put our team, clients or brand at risk by doing anything we don’t have to.”According to the agency, APD Singapore has increased revenue by over 200% since acquiring local indie, @ccomplice in 2015 and is led by ex-founder of @ccomplice, Tobias Wilson and ex-Mobius group head of strategy, Lisa Walton as CEO & GM respectively.Wilson (pictured) said, “It’s been a pretty crazy 18 months since the acquisition & Lisa joining, we’ve been given a lot of great opportunities by our clients and the team have really lifted to make the most of those opportunities, they’ve worked their butts off.”He continued “Also, the support of the APD network has been crucial to our accelerated growth, we’ve got some amazing talent across the business and couldn’t have gotten to where we are, as fast as we have, on our own; the combination of Strategy, Design, Technology and Performance, all under one roof is proving to be very valuable to us.”
