Anne Lim-Chaplain leaves Prestige to launch new publishing venture

Anne Lim-Chaplain, the former publisher of luxury magazine Prestige and managing director of Hubert Burda Media Hong Kong, has today unveiled a new luxury publishing venture in partnership with Bruce Rockowitz and his Rock Media Group.

Aimed at well-educated and well-heeled influencers, the title, called #legend, is published by Legend Publishing, a member of the Rock Media Group, and covers the full spectrum of luxury from art to travel, fashion and wellness.

Published monthly, the title launches with a circulation of 30,000 in Hong Kong and Macau, but will have a major focus on its digital operations for ongoing commentary, news and multimedia content.

Vivienne Tang, former editor-in-chief of AsiaSpa Magazine, has signed up as editor of #legend, along with creative director Gordon Lam. Reno Ong, former international homepage and audience-engagement editor at Time, has joined Rock Media as its director of digital strategy.

The launch issue of #legend launches with a bumper 320-page special.
