AmBank settles creative pitch

AmBank has appointed Dentsu Malaysia as the new creative agency for a new campaign following a three-way pitch in June.

Three agencies including Dentsu Malaysia were invited for the pitch.

The creative remit is for six months with a possibility of an extension. Dentsu will be tasked to come up with a new marketing campaign and strategy for the bank.

“We had a judging committee. All of us felt they had the most innovative ideas and most spot-on brief communication. The agency understood the brief given,” Keith Ng, manager, group corporate communications and marketing, AmBank Group, told A+M.

Havas is currently the creative AOR for AmBank.
