AlipayHK and Reprise steal the spotlight at the HK Marketing Events Awards 2019

AlipayHK and Reprise home the coveted  Best of Show – Brand and Best of Show – Agency awards respectively at this year’s Hong Kong Marketing Events Awards.

Held on Thursday night at the Hotel Icon in Tsim Sha Tsui, the awards recognise and honour the very best of Northeast Asia’s event marketing, management and planning industry. 

Over 330 marketers and leading agency professionals came together to celebrate at the Marketing Events Awards gala dinner. 

As the top-scoring brand, AlipayHK won two golds in Best Event- Creative, and Most Innovative Event, as well as three silvers and four bronzes in multiple categories. Most of the prizes were awarded for the campaigns “AlipayHK Futureland”, “AlipayHK NEXT Store”, and “Smart Mobility Boundless Living Corporate Event”.

On the agency front, Reprise was the event champion, scooping 13 trophies in total across various categories. These included six golds in Best Use of Multi-Channel, Best Event-Retail, Best Event- Targeted Community, Best Pop-Up Event, Best Product Launch, and Best Exclusive Event, in addition to five silver and two bronze awards. 

The award-winning campaigns created by the agency included “Coca-Cola City-wide TETRIS Viva”, “La Roche-Posay Parents Academy”, “Atelier Cologne’s The Smell of Stories”, and “Estee Lauder’s Eyes In Eyes Retailtainment”.
