Starcom MediaVest Group (SMG) has won AirAsia BIG’s airline loyalty business in Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.
The incumbent on the account was Carat Media Services and the account was handed to SMG without a pitch.
The AirAsia BIG loyalty programme is operated by Think Big Digital, a joint venture between AirAsia and Tune Money International. Under the programme, members earn BIG points from AirAsia, Tune Talk, Tune Hotels and many other partners including Budget, Avis, Starhub, Petronas, Hilton, WCT Holdings Berhad , Agoda and others.
