AirAsia appoints global search marketing partner

Starcom Mediavest Group’s (SMG) Malaysia office, together with India’s SMG Convonix has won AirAsia Berhad’s search marketing business across 16 markets in Asia Pacific.

The markets include Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, China, Hong Kong, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Australia, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Brunei and India. The win comes after a multi-agency pitch.

A+M understands that the account is worth US$4 million.
