Agile Property appointed OMD China to handle its RMB 280 million media communications business including proposal, price negotiation and buying.The Guangzhou-based property business owns a number of upper level residential and commercial properties across China, as well as hotel properties like Shanghai Marriott Hotel City and JW Marriott Clearwater Bay Resort in Qingshui Bay.
