Affiniti adds new clients

Singapore-based, strategy-driven brand communications and creative agency, Affiniti has secured several regional accounts. These include Malaysian boutique hotel chain, Jia Hotel Group and niche Thai property developer, Thai Kriya Limited.

Affiniti has been appointed by Malaysian premium boutique hotel chain, Jia Hotel Group, to develop the hotel’s brand identity, and to strategize and lead its marketing and promotional efforts as the hotel group braces itself for two key launches in Malacca and Penang in 2014.

“Affiniti has shown great resolve and dedication in working with our investors, architects and planners to develop an engaging brand story that realizes our vision. Above all, I like their methodology and approach towards work, and we certainly look forward to more exciting work with them,” Adam Radlan, director of JIA Hotel Group said.

For Thai Kriya Limited, the company will to oversee one of its largest projects, Metro Bangna – a 40-acre mixed development that sits adjacent to Swedish home furnishing giant IKEA, and the monolithic Mega Bangna Mall in Bangkok.

Marvin X. Das, Managing Partner of Affiniti, added that “the acquisition of these two new projects reaffirms its strategic vision to drive the regional expansion of our business.”

“We consciously seek to align ourselves with ambitious brands that allow us to play an instrumental role in building enhanced brand equity in new, exciting markets.”

Established in 2009, Affiniti’s clientele includes Dell, Standard Chartered Bank and P&G and was founded by Marvin X. Das.
