A.S. Watson names new marketing lead

Former A.S. Watson Group's marketing and development director, Agatha Yap (pictured) has moved on from the role with the company announcing her replacement.Yap has been replaced by Micheas Chan who takes on the role of marketing and merchandising director.Chan will handle marketing, corporate communication as well as merchandising for the personal care and cosmetics divisions. Prior to this role, he was A.S. Watson's trading controller for the personal care, skincare and cosmetics division.He has also worked at Spa Esprit Group and Johnson & Johnson in the past.Chan reports to Daniel Teo, COO of the company.Prior to A.S. Watson, Yap was Singapore director of marketing at McDonald's for seven years.Yap could not be reached for comments on her next move at the time of writing.
