ZenithOptimedia strengthens analytics offering

ZenithOptimedia has strengthened its analytics offering by hiring Raymond Au (pictured) as head of analytics, APAC. Au will work with analytics teams across the region, whilst developing ZenithOptimedia Singapore as the "Centre of Excellence".Au is a veteran in the data and technology space, with more than 25 years’ experience. For the last eight years, he has been driving Big Data and Analytics solutions for Oracle. Prior to Oracle, Au worked at SAS Institute and Ion Global focusing in the area of analytics and e-commerce.He will work as a member of the regional data and analytics team headed by CIO Harpreet Kaintel and will be based in Singapore.Kaintel said: ‘When looking for the perfect candidate to head up our analytics offering, we wanted to find someone that went beyond the traditional set of data modellers. It is essential to us that we provide our clients with the most contemporary data-driven solutions and Au brings up-to-date expertise of the latest systems and thinking. His in-depth knowledge this space will help accelerate ZO’s development of cutting edge solutions in an increasingly complex analytics world.ZenithOptimedia’s Asia Pacific chairman, Gerry Boyle said: "Au is an expert in the areas of data and technology with many years’ experience, in building unique and customised solutions for clients. His appointment is part of a renewed push towards providing clients with best-in-class ROI solutions."
