ZenithOptimedia Singapore sees new leadership

ZenithOptimedia Singapore has appointed Helen Lee to managing director.Lee (pictured) takes over the leadership of the agency from Adam Hemming who is returning to Europe to pursue new opportunities within the ZenithOptimedia network. Hemming has been CEO of ZenithOptimedia Singapore for more than one and a half years. Prior to that, he was managing director for the agency for over three years.In his role, Hemming was responsible for the delivery of the best product and service for clients, the maintenance of profitable client relationships, and the creation of a fair and inspiring workplace for our talent.Adam Hemming, ZenithOptimedia CEO Singapore said: “I’m really happy to be able to hand over the reins to someone as able and driven as Lee. She is a fantastic leader who has a huge breadth and depth of contemporary experience and is extremely well respected across the agency and the wider industry.”Lee has been part of the VivaKi family for more than 10 years, working as a media director at Starcom MediaVest from 2006 before moving to ZenithOptimedia in 2012. During her time at ZenithOptimedia she has been responsible for managing the Asia Pacific Oracle business and has held the role of general manager, supporting Adam with the operations of the agency.Lee has more than 16 years’ experience in the industry working across multiple categories including FMCG, Technology, B2B, Hospitality and Banking. For the last decade she has been focused on driving digital success for a number of clients including Blackberry and Oracle.In her new role as managing director, Lee will be responsible for leading the management team, driving growth, developing local talent and using her invaluable experience to ensure fully integrated, results orientated solutions for clients.
