Xaxis' Plista picks Malaysia and China markets to grow APAC presence

Xaxis Media Group’s native advertising solution provider Plista is growing its presence in the APAC region by launching partner offices in KL, Beijing and Shanghai. This will increase the company’s global presence to 10 markets.Xaxis’ APAC CEO, Michel De Rijk said as with Xaxis and Light Reaction, the company decided to launch Plista in Malaysia as one of the first markets in APAC for its existing strong GroupM structure,  management team and excellent publisher relationships already established in the country."It is definitely ready for a solution like plista as we expand what we are able to offer as a Group.With client demand for effective data driven native strategies growing globally, the timing is perfect for us to enter the Chinese and Malaysian markets where we see a great opportunity for growth," he told Marketing.De Rijk (pictured) also added that Singapore is definitely a market which will also be launched in the very near future and the company is currently in the midst of recruitment for the office."The launch of three new partner offices further cements plista’s commitment to bring quality and top performing data driven native advertising to the APAC region," he said.The Berlin-headquartered company has been bringing advertisers and media together since 2008, and with its specially developed real-time Recommendation Technology, plista is able to deliver both content and advertising that matches the interests of the individual user – on all channels and across all devices.Plista in 2014 entered a cooperation with Xaxis Media Group and is now part of its brand portfolio to provide expertise and innovation in the fields of native advertising and recommendation technology.
