Vserv names new VP of sales

Vserv, a smart data platform for mobile marketing and commerce, appointed Nadeesh Ramachandran (pictured) as vice president of sales.In this role, Ramachandran will be responsible for driving Vserv’s sales efforts across India and Southeast Asia. His appointment will provide a major impetus to Vserv’s market leadership in the mobile marketing space in these regions.Ramachandran comes with a keen understanding of the challenges faced by businesses across various industry verticals.Prior to joining Vserv, he led the retail, QSR and real estate verticals for Google India. In this capacity, Ramachandran played a vital role in collaborating with marketing and business leaders from some of the largest retail organisations.  Ramachandran has worked with businesses across sectors such as e-commerce, auto, education and government.Dippak Khurana, founder and CEO, Vserv said, “The end of 2015 will witness digital replace TV as the #1 platform in the US. While in India too, we see mobile marketing dislodging television to become the number 1 marketing platform for brands in the next five years. Vserv is rightly placed to capitalise on this wave.
