Vpon names D. Sriram as COO

Vpon Data Group has appointed D. Sriram as chief operation officer, based out of Taiwan. Sriram comes with over 20 years of experience in the Greater China and Asia Pacific regions. He previously served as COO of Aegis Media China, CEO for the Asia Pacific region of Starcom MediaVest Group, and CEO for IMD Media in China. More recently, Sriram has been providing management consultancy services across Asia, assisting numerous advertising, media, and startup companies in their development and business strategies.Sriram said: “Vpon’s core target of cross-border tourism and E-commerce and O2O are fantastic opportunities to demonstrate the power of data driven marketing.”Vpon CEO Victor Wu reiterated that big data technologies are at the center of the company’s business development.
