VLT merges with BPC

Digital agencies VLT and BPC have merged to form one of Malaysia's largest independent digital agencies, operated under the VLT brand.BPC's employees, offices, assets and capabilities have gradually integrated into VLT, with BPC managing director Adrian Lim joining VLT's board and its management team as director of client services.The agency will operate with over 50 employees and its client roster includes Astro, Hilton, Hong Leong Bank, Kimberly-Clark, Skittles, Wrigley's and SP Setia, among others.VLT CEO Warren Tan will continue to lead the enlarged agency, which will now have a four-man management team with Adrian, COO Eugene Lim, and director of strategy Jason Voon."While we're thrilled that this merger enables us to consolidate our market leadership and scale rapidly, we're even more excited to elevate VLT's capabilities in multiplying strategy, creative and technology, with the power of digital and social media," said Tan.Tan adds that the merger enables VLT to explore new digital worlds and reframe possibilities for the agency, its clients and the community.Speaking on the merger, BPC's Adrian said the agency hopes to work on larger and more impactful projects and campaigns.According to Tan, the agency has more activities in the pipeline and will be announcing more ventures in the coming months.
