We know from the many marketing campaigns we see that budget carriers today have tons of fun with their marketing gimmicks. But it seems like that fun is now extending on board.
A recent video of an AirAsia flight attendant proves just that.
A recent video posted by Assraf Nasir, a flight attendant on the carrier shows him strutting around the plane lip syncing to the famous Britney Spears song called “Toxic”. For all you non Britney fans, the original video by Britney shows her dressed as a flight stewardess serving the passengers in a sexy blue outfit.
Here’s the original song by Ms Spears herself:
Can you see the resemblance?
Since then, the Nasir’s post has gone viral with more than 5,400 retweets and 5,500 likes. It also has over 3000 views on Youtube.
It even attracted the attention of Tony Fernandes, group CEO of AirAsia, who shared it on his own Instagram and said: “Classic. AirAsia version of Toxic. The talent in AirAsia never fails to amaze me. @assrafnasir is the best. Love it that staff can just have fun and be themselves.”
Well, as they say, all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy! Nassir clearly proved he is anything but and you’ve sure got the A+M team jiving this morning.
