UM wins Carrefour media duties

Supermarket giant Carrefour has picked Universal McCann (UM) as its media agency of record following a pitch.UM was Carrefour's incumbent agency, as it took on the duties in early 2011 following a pitch in mid-December 2010.Prashant Kumar (pictured), CEO of UM Malaysia and president of World Markets Asia, said, "This win validates our advantage not just in the area of strategy and innovation, but also hard media productivity and value.
