WPP research firm TNS has appointed Yong Joo Park to a newly created role as chief research officer across the Asia Pacific region.
Yong has held senior marketing and insights roles with a number of organisations, most recently Samsung Electronics in South Korea where he served as a vice president leading various functions from global product planning to marketing, innovation and global consumer and market insights.
Earlier in his career he held global insights roles at General Mills, Motorola, Kellogg’s and Nielsen, based in the US and the Philippines.
