The Apprentice Asia ties with Phar PartnershipsSony Pictures Television Networks has appointed Phar Partnerships as the regional advertising sales representative for the first series of The Apprentice Asia. Partners who have already committed to the series include Expedia, Hilton Hotels & Resorts and AirAsia. Set to premiere on AXN across 20 countries in Asia in the first half of 2013, The Apprentice Asia will be hosted by aviation tycoon Tony Fernandes, who also holds the role of chairman at Phar Partnerships.Long John Silver's pushes new menu offeringFast-food chain Long John Silver's has added a new item on its menu, the Golden Hushies, and launched an advertising campaign to promote it. The campaign will run in-store, on print, direct mail and on digital media channels. The campaign creatives show the Hushies as friends sharing deals or listening to music. On Facebook, fans are invited to dress up and personalise their own Hushies characters. The top 100 fans with the most votes will eventually be rewarded with a two-piece Hushies set.Yahoo's new video offeringYahoo has launched iRoll, a range of new video ad formats. It partnered with interactive video advertising provider Innovid, allowing advertisers to turn online video into customised interactive experiences. The new pre-roll video ad formats will be available in a range of formats - iRoll Selector, iRoll Extender, iRoll Overlay, iRoll Expand, iRoll Imagine and iRoll Apps.
