StanChart's head of performance marketing moves to Fonterra

Rupa Rajamani (pictured), head of digital performance marketing and technology strategy, group brand & marketing, Standard Chartered Bank, has left the company.She has joined Fonterra as general manager of consumer brand engagement in January. She reports to Anindya Dasgupta, global CMO of Fonterra Brands and will drive consumer engagement across Fonterra Brands through digital enablers and by driving a holistic brand-centric digital strategy.This is a global position that will oversee all the key markets that Fonterra is present in.At Standard Chartered Bank, she held the global position of overseeing  digital performance marketing and digital capability across paid, owned and earned media for all countries.Rajamani has over 13 years’ experience in digital marketing in the banking sector. She first joined the bank in September 2012 as head, owned and earned media, digital, group brand and marketing where she served for two years before taking on the global role.Before that, she managed product optimisation and performance at LendingTree . In February 2007, she was vice president, B2B marketing and digital channel usage at HSBC in Mumbai, India.Prior to that, she handled the digital platform and managed product and performance marketing at Citibank in Chennai.
