Spring Singapore settles $5.5m media account

Spring Singapore has appointed PHD for its multi-million dollar media buying and planning business.

The account is estimated to be worth SG$5.5 million and the contract lasts for one year. The decision follows an open tender called in April this year.

The incumbent agency was Universal McCann, which held the account last year.

Sony Wong, CEO, Omnicom Media Group, Singapore said, “An iconic local establishment, Spring is a key enabler to Singapore’s fast growing economy. PHD will work closely to support its vision of putting enterprises from Singapore on the global map.”

“It’s a huge opportunity for us and we are humbled by this win.”

The account is effective immediately.

Spring Singapore is the government agency responsible for developing local businesses.
