SPRING calls for media pitch

SPRING Singapore, the agency under the Ministry of Trade and Industry responsible for helping Singapore enterprises grow, has called for a media pitch.The incumbent on the account is PHD.In a brief seen by Marketing, SPRING plans to appoint a media planning and buying agency to advise and implement publicity and marketing campaigns in various print, broadcast, online and out-of-home media.Examples of its publicity and marketing campaigns includes projects for promoting HR recruitment, SME centres and entrepreneurship development, among many others.The media planning and buying agency will be appointed for one year from the date of tender award, with an option to extend for another two years, according to the brief.The tender closes on 14 August 2015.
