The appointment comes following a pitch.Meanwhile The South Beach has also picked its creative and PR agencies for the Singapore market. Branding and creative agency Elementary Co. was appointed in November 2014 for a period of one year and PR agency, Mango PR was appointed earlier this month for a period of one year. The South Beach is looking forward to a more broad-based advertising approach, Nicole Lee, marketing communications and branding said. Lee added that going forward, South Beach "will work towards a holistic approach" in its advertising across both digital and traditional platforms.“We wanted to work with young companies with fresh ideas so that they can grow their passion with us. The focus for us will be the Singapore market, and working with our agencies to generate brand awareness locally first," Lee added. She added that while currently Singapore would be its primary focus market, it would be looking to expand across the region in the near future. Jan Büttgen, general manager, The South Beach commented, “The South Beach is a H.I.P. hotel, where we humbly embrace highly individualised people in our social spaces. We share our knowledge and expertise with these celebrated individuals. Through these partnerships, we are able to build our unique hospitality experience, together.”
