Paris-based mobile advertising company Sofialys has acquired local mobile ad network Art of Click and appointed its founder Emmanuel Allix as managing director of its Asia Pacific operations.
Sofialys has two core business areas providing ad solutions to telcos and publishers and its mobile ad network division ADTIC. Allix will also lead as chief executive officer of ADITIC. He is based in Singapore for the region and globally for ADITIC.
Allix was previously MD APAC with inMobi and also led the GroupM regional mobile practice in Asia.
The company has also appointed Yann Ait Bachir as vice president of innovation and technology to lead the innovation department overlooking all research and development teams including the Paris headquarters

Since opening Sofialys Asia Pacific for business the company has signed ad serving contracts in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
