Singapore Tourism retains Sinclair Communications

Independent PR agency Sinclair Communications has been re-appointed as agency partner for Singapore Tourism Board (STB) on a retainer basis. The agency will continue to champion the YourSingapore brand, highlighting Singapore as a must-visit destination offering a concentration of unique and enriching experiences. The agency will be responsible for STB’s public relations and social media activation for the Hong Kong and Macau markets. STB’s decision to appoint Sinclair Communications highlights the merits and relevance of the new proposed plan with which the team of PR professionals intends to build upon the strong traction gained over the past three years.The account will continue to be led by associate director Kevin Lam and account manager Candice Leung. Award winning campaigns have included “Singapore Food Guide” - an insider's guide to the hidden gems of some of Singapore’s most authentic hawker fare tailor-made for Hong Kongers, the first official “Map of Singapore Heritage Landmarks” which encouraged discerning Hong Kong travellers to discover stimulating and culturally rich landmarks, and in 2015, Singapore’s 50th anniversary celebration SG50 was celebrated in Hong Kong with the consumer event “Singapore Weekend” which saw over half million Hongkongers participate.Kiri Sinclair, managing director at Sinclair Communications, said: “We are delighted to be reappointed as Singapore Tourism Board’s PR agency for Hong Kong and Macau.
