Singapore Kindness Movement takes a truck for spin

Singapore Kindness Movement (SKM), a non-government, non-profit organisation, as well as a registered charity and Institution of Public Character, has launched a new movement. In the form of a Kindness on-the-go food truck, SKM takes the concept of “paying it forward” for a spin.Marketing has reached out to SKM for more information.The truck offers artisan coffee and karaage burgers for the public in the business districts. It also offers them a chance to do a kind deed. The truck encourages visitors to pay it forward, in this case helping migrant workers with a meal.By buying a burger or coffee, or both as a meal, the public will contribute towards buying a meal for a migrant worker this Lunar New Year. These meals will be presented to them as the collective contributions from the Singapore workforce as a gesture of appreciation for their hard work .
