Shiseido (Hong Kong) Ltd. has hired Zaheer Nooruddi, formerly executive director and head of digital innovation at Golin, as head of digital.
Reporting to Morgan Tan, president of Shiseido (Hong Kong) Ltd, Nooruddin¬†will partner with business stakeholders to accelerate the company‚Äôs digital transformation in Hong Kong, in line with Shiseido‚Äôs global digital strategy announced early 2016.
In a move that further develops Shiseido‚Äôs digital capabilities, he takes charge of specialist units focussing on digital transformation, including consumer insight and customer experience (CICE), customer relationship management (CRM), UX design (UXD) and digital delivery (DD).
He will also pursue synergies across the region and with the company‚Äôs recently-established global digital centre of excellence in New York.
Prior to joining the cosmetic company, Nooruddin worked at Golin,¬†Burson-Marsteller and Edelman. He has more than 16 years experience developing digital media solutions for leading companies and brands across the luxury retail, hospitality, travel, and technology sectors.
