Shiseido (Hong Kong) Ltd. has hired Zaheer Nooruddi, formerly executive director and head of digital innovation at Golin, as head of digital.
Reporting to Morgan Tan, president of Shiseido (Hong Kong) Ltd, NooruddinÂ will partner with business stakeholders to accelerate the companyâ€™s digital transformation in Hong Kong, in line with Shiseidoâ€™s global digital strategy announced early 2016.
In a move that further develops Shiseidoâ€™s digital capabilities, he takes charge of specialist units focussing on digital transformation, including consumer insight and customer experience (CICE), customer relationship management (CRM), UX design (UXD) and digital delivery (DD).
He will also pursue synergies across the region and with the companyâ€™s recently-established global digital centre of excellence in New York.
Prior to joining the cosmetic company, Nooruddin worked at Golin,Â Burson-Marsteller and Edelman. He has more than 16 years experience developing digital media solutions for leading companies and brands across the luxury retail, hospitality, travel, and technology sectors.
