SGK makes key appointments

SGK, a leading global brand development, activation and deployment provider that drives brand performance has made three key appointments.Brad Wills, responsible for spearheading the APAC region and more recently leading both APAC and Europe, was promoted to executive senior vice president of global operations. Having worked in Asia for over two decades, Wills successfully integrated a diverse group of cultures, philosophies and languages for the company. He will relocate from the Singapore regional office to the US global headquarters in Chicago.Adam Ransom takes over the reins from Wills as the newly appointed APAC group managing director. Ransom (pictured) spent the last 10 years serving as managing director of SGK Australia, where he led core pre-media production services and on-site facility management and support programs. Prior to joining SGK, Ransom spent most of his career at multinational, fast-moving consumer goods companies such as Campbell’s Soup, Arnott’s Biscuits, Unilever and Diageo.Ransom will move to Singapore and report directly to Brad.Simon Macdonald fills Ransom’s place as SGK’s managing director for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). Macdonald brings 25 years of brand development experience to his new role, having worked with Tesco, Sainsbury, Marks and Spencer and Woolworths. He spent the last six years leading Marque Branding, the regional brand development arm of SGK in Australia and has been part of the regional leadership team from the outset. Macdonald will oversee the growth of Anthem, Marque Branding and Schawk.SGK is the parent company of brand development specialists Anthem Worldwide, Brandimage and regional agency, Marque Branding and brand deployment agency, Schawk. These leadership changes solidify the team tasked with growing and developing the company’s APAC business.
