Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has appointed Zeno Group Singapore to manage its social media content in Asia Pacific, following a pitch held in July.In a statement to Marketing, a spokesperson for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars said work is expected to roll out in November 2017."The Asia Pacific region is becoming a bright spot for mobile connectivity. The region enjoys growing smartphone penetration, high mobile data transfer speeds and one of the longest mobile usage stats across all demographic segments. But more than just a general direction to go mobile, the latter fact means we can no longer simply make do with mobile derivations of other digital initiatives," the spokesperson said."Rather, we must now create rich, engaging and relevant customer experiences made specifically for mobile platforms. With so much of social media success relying on stand-out content, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has appointed Zeno, a specialized digital agency to drive conversations across social media platforms," the spokesperson added.Rolls-Royce recently appointed Patrik Wiik as general manager, taking over from Michael Schneider who returns to Germany after three years working across the Asia Pacific region. Based in Singapore, Wiik will be in charge of sales, product and volume planning in the Asia Pacific region. He reports to Paul Harris, Asia Pacific regional director of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.
