Puma Malaysia launched a new line of athletic footwear, the evoSPEED collection, with Malaysian goalkeeper Khairul Fahmi as the brand ambassador.Puma has appointed F1 race car driver Fernando Alonso, golfer Rickie Fowler, cricketer Yuvraj Singh, and footballer Sergio Agüero as the faces of the global campaign to promote the shoes, which adapt a "light, fit, and flex" philosophy to the world of running, motorsport, golf and football.The campaign promotes the new line of shoes, said to be infused with the speed of the world's fastest man, Usain Bolt, under the tagline "Everyone Can Bolt" and comprises a video titled Semua Boleh Bolt featuring Khairul Fahmi, Malaysian footballer Baddrol Bakhtiar, DJ Phat Fabes and other celebrities was created and shared on YouTube.Gabriel Yap, head of marketing for Puma Malaysia and Singapore, said the video was inspired by the global campaign and was localised so it interacts better with consumers.The video released is one of two videos created with the second one to be released today (5 July). The first video received over 98,000 views, to date.A digital campaign with branding ads and nationwide in-store promotions will start running next week to promote the new evoSPEED range."We want to bring this new range of shoes closer to consumers. We want to interact with them through this platform, which will ultimately lead them back to Puma Malaysia's Facebook page with more of what the shoes are about," added Yap.Outdoor ads can be seen at 1Utama shopping centre, Pavilion Mall and Suria KLCC.
