Publicitas hires regional managing director for SEA

Publicitas has hired Lee Walsh as its regional managing director in Southeast Asia and India as it looks to make structural and leadership changes in the Asia Pacific region.Walsh joins Publicitas in November and will be based in Singapore. With four years’ work experience in the region, Walsh joins from Carat where he was regional director. Walsh has 14 years digital marketing experience at both agencies and internet start-ups with experience of running digital marketing campaigns in Europe, Australia and Asia.Most recently he worked with clients that included leading the General Motors digital strategy across Asia, Africa and Australia.Meanwhile, Jason Kwong joined earlier this month as regional managing director East Asia and Australia. He is based in Hong Kong. Kwong joined Publicitas from Havas Hong Kong where he was managing director.
