Publicis' Nurun builds up its team

Nurun, Publicis Singapore’s digital consultancy, has made its first wave of specialist hires since opening for business last month. Prentice Porter (picture left) has joined Nurun as head of experience design and Luis Roy (pictured right) joins as user experience lead.Porter has worked on website platforms for a diverse range of Asian brands including the Singapore Economic Development Board, Singapore Airlines, and Tigerair; as well as for Nissan, Visa and Tourism New Zealand. He joins Nurun from TBWA’s Digital Arts Network, where he led a team of designers and user experience executives.Roy is a cross-platform specialist who works across both retail and digital environments. Originally from London, he worked at Imagination Studios mapping interactive pathways for display screen and exhibitions. He later joined Fitch in India where he managed the full design process from strategy to design implementation across retail, as well as mobile and gaming interfaces.“A robust understanding of User Experience is the cornerstone of all innovation at Nurun,” said Nurun Singapore’s creative partner Jonathan Ng.“Through UX studies we enhance our understanding of users and identify rich sources of brand innovation and growth. Prentice and Luis bring expertise that enhances our understanding of human motivations, and ensure user needs are always at the heart of our solutions.”Nurun Singapore opened its doors on May this year and is led by Jonathan Ng and GM Joanne Theseira. It is a global consultancy brand within Publicis Worldwide, focused on helping companies radically transform customer relationships through digital platforms, products and services.
