Proximity opens Guangzhou office

Omnicom’s Proximity China has added a new office in Guangzhou on top of existing office in Beijing to support its network clients in Southern China.Proximity’s sister agency, BBDO, has been operating in Guangzhou for some time on top of offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing.The agency said it will add more clients to its roster in coming months.Clement Yip (pictured centre), CEO of Proximity Greater China, said Proximity Guangzhou will work closely with BBDO to support its clients’ digital needs. "This also gives us a presence to explore new business opportunities in Southern China,” he added.
